I've been here for about 3 years, and have watched this place really turn around. If it hadn't been for the manager at the time, I would've never even moved in, but she made me feel so welcomed and cared for. Everyone is friendly--it's like living in a great big family.

Rent is affordable, maintenance acts swiftly, AND they've got tons of amenities as well.

I'd like to see maybe more work done to the exterior of the buildings, but beyond that, I don't think there's a better place to live in the area.

One note of caution: You've got to love trees...there's tons of em!

OMG!! Unusual isnt the word for this place!!! How about nasty, flooded, filled with cat piss, the volleyball court is one giant cat litter box, half the time the washers dont even work here, all the criminals, the noise you need to take off those rose colored glasses! You must have lived in a box all your life! Wait dont forget the trees and branches that have fallen and are still all over the place! I wonder if jo even sees what is going on here or if she even cares.
