Alot of places that I have lived have not cared about me as an individual more. I know that people think if you live in an apartment you should be left alone but doesn't that just separate people from eachother. Jo and Allison are a team and ensure that the residents feel apart of it. They have a lot of people to care for and manage to care for every one of them.
