We have had two weeks of horrible rain. The parking lots are overflowing with water and no sight of ever getting it fixed. Maybe if Capital Club was concerned enough about their tenants, they would hire a REAL plumber to un-plug the drains. So... if you like boating move to Capital Club. If you value your vehicle stay away!!
