OMG!!! These people are fxxxing wacked, abnormal, stupid, slobs!!!!
I have never lived anywhere like this. I just can't wait to get the hell out of here! Everyday you have to drive through a flooded parking lot, maintainance can't seem to do their job, you get eviction notices for not paying rent the day before rent is even due. How is this standard proceedure. If you want covered parking you have to pay for it(17.00 per month) and it leaks and of course you have to drive through a lake to get to your paid for covered parking spot. They got rid of one manager who wasnt too bad and made some wacko on a power trip the manager. Beware of Che! she is not the good manager that she pretends to be!!! Someone needs to sue this place!! I cant even imagine the toxins floating in the water in this parking lot. And people let their kids play in it!!! My God!! OH!! rent is different for everyone here! it depends on if they like you, not on the apartment size or weather you have a balcony or not. There are so many cats here that you feel like you are living in a cat litter box. The office is always filthy. There is always some sort of smelly animals that live in the office. Isnt there anything that people can do''!! This place is so unhealthy, dangerous, filthy, nasty,...etc Wait til you see the nasty furniture in the club house and office! I think that half the people that live here are criminals! Anyone that likes it here must be nutts! Oh! my neighbor pisses outside his apartment also. I think that the only positive postings are those posted by those that work here!!

Dang dude you need to either get a job or at least if you do I would suggest maybe finding a hobby cause you got issues.. I live in the loudest court here, get at least 1 10-day a month and still I aint as miserable as you. WOW... talk about issues
