So I have lived here for about 9 months. If it werent for my 12 month agreement I would of left after 2. The office is ran by little kids since there isn't a manager right now. The parking is horrible unless your friends with the office and you get a free carport that everyone else has to pay for. They did have a manager for about a week. What happened to her' God knows. The little girl in the office gets to do whatever she wants but if you do any of the things that she does you get cursed out by the asst. manager. If you file a complaint with the office NOTHING happens unless its something you have done to the office staff directly and then it gets all personal and unprofessional. If you ever get a package you can almost never get it because they are never there always out to lunch or shopping or bla bla bla. It must be nice getting paid not to work. and the maintenance .....just pray you don't have holes in your wall or a water leak in your ceiling cause it takes the maintenance 5 business days to fix it leaving holes stating it needs to air out (for a week, get real!!!! :( ) There is poop everywhere. Dogs without leashes... what good are rules if nobody has to follow them. I don't even have a dog and still I have poop outside my porch at least twice a week.

I am the Assistant Manager, and that is not at all how things are run here. Never have I cursed at anyone. As for the parking, we have plenty of spaces here for people to park in, and Carports are available at a minimal charge. All complaints that are given to any office staff are handled by the Area Supervisor, and there is not a complaint that has not been resolved. We Have a work order Guarantee that says we will respond to any work order within 48 hours or we will take $10 off the next months rent. As for Maintenance, if it is a leak issue, we do have to dry it out so mold does not arise, and it does take time for mud and paint to dry. As for the Office being closed to pick up a package, We do have to leave property for such things as Shopping for a Resident functions, getting supplies, Coffee for Residents and Prospects, Etc. We do allow pets and have put up pet stations in every court yard, as for poop being everywhere or in front of your porch, I walk the property Daily and do not see any issue, but we do encourage our residents to Come in to the office and advise us of any problem that we can fix.

Dear Assistant Manager: Please make note that review after review have a common theme. Instead of getting defensive you should address the issues in a prompt and professional manner. I was seriously looking at your apartments, but am no longer interested after reading the reviews.
