Cons:
- Thank god spring/summer is near, because winter is pure hell here. They love spending thousands of dollars in the summer/fall sprucing the landscaping up, but when it comes to the snow, and actually plowing the driveways, well, they don't, and what a pain in the ass. It was not funny seeing how many people got their ass stuck, how watching the drainage plug so bad and long that we literally had a frozen lake here. No problem, occasionally you would see staff out in the mornings helping push people out that were stuck. How ghetto. And dangerous, since people in Wash St suck at driving in the snow. The flooding/lake forming is just as bad when there is heavy rain in the fall. THIS IS A PROBLEM, DO YOU HEAR ME CAPITOL CLUB STAFF & MANAGEMENT '''' IT HAS BEEN A PROBLEM FOR YY EE AA RR SS. FIX IT.
- Ahh yes, poo, poo and more pet poo. Everywhere. Don't dare walk anywhere that is green with grass. You'll regret it, trust me. Its a poo festival.
- It's amazing how someone is given a simple responsibility like locking up all the laundry rooms at 10PM because of transiet problems (lol'), and they manage to go out, sometimes up to 15 minutes early, they hear a dryer still running, but lock the door up anyway. Seriously man, what the hell' You have 10-30 other rooms that you can go by early, with no machines running and lock those first, and come back WHEN YOU ARE SUPPOSED to lock them up, giving tenants time to get their crap. Trust me we know, most of us can tell time. There is nothing more that pisses me off than going to the laundry room at 9:51, 1 dryer still running (your work clothes for tomorrow), and its LOCKED. I hope you step in poo. Solution: Give people their own damn key. Seriously.
- The parking also is a total nightmare. To go along with parking, there is alot of car break-ins/vandilism as well. It happened to me. If you did it and are reading this, hey thanks.
- Want to invest & run the next drug syndicate' Welcome home. Its so shady here its not even funny. Then you have your usual young aged crowd of morons who thinks its a college dorm haven. Then you have your mix of old SSI weirdos. Take your pick.
- The garbage bin areas - please please for the love of god invent into more. How nice would it be to see 7 garbage bags on the ground next to them, because the damn thing was so full and you cant even close the lids because they are so jam packed. Educate tenants that it is not cool to just dump their couches and loveseats there either.
- Energy saving installations recently - You need to cover the hot water tank lines' Great, thats fine. But what is up with the new friggin showerheads' I'd have a quicker and more efficient bath in the sink with a bar of soap and a towel. Realize this is not a solution, people will just stay in the shower longer anyway, even if it takes 45 minutes to drain your hot water tank.
