We moved in about a year ago and CANNOT WAIT to leave. We have so many problems!!!!

1. FLEAS!!! After we moved in we noticed fleas on our dog. We told management and they said they called Orkin to come out to solve the problem. I was sick the day they were supossed to come and I called. They never reschedualed or did anything about it. Maintenance also said that there are apartments that have fleas so bad, they stick to walls when they paint.... EW!
2. Mold. It grew in our bathroom and needed to be treated several times even though we scrubbed it and maintenance did too.
3. Other bugs. Enough said. We started getting bitten and have to toss our bed and couches when we move.
4. Thin walls and crazy managment parties. Walked by one night with a friend (who is 17) and were getting obsence comments.
5. Other things.....Someone thought it would be cute to light a BOX of fireworks at 4:30 in the morning. My husband is in the service and I grew up in Chicago. We BOTH hit the floor because it sounded like several gun shots. They NEVER plowed in the winter and it was hell. People leave furniture by the dumpster. Someone's care was stolen only days ago with 4 of the same model being stolen in a 5 block radius on the SAME night. Animal poop is everywhere and there are many stray cats. People like to puke on the grounds after the above mentioned parties... it can there for weeks until rains.

In short, they are overpriced(had to pay 1500 to MOVE IN that is with 1 month free and a wavied pet deposit), the BRAND NEW manager is on a power trip and has no compassion what so ever, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The only saving grace was we made friends with our neighbors, and they ended up having some similar problems. We were also informed that our "wavied" pet deposit was because our carpet is 9 years old. This place is NOT kid friendly, professional, or worth that kind of money.... LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!
