I have lived here at Capitol Heights for nearly 2 years now. I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so friendly. From the staff all the way down to my neighbors. Never before have I actually enjoyed my neighbors. The girls in the office are like your best friend. Anytime I come into the office they always make me feel so welcome.
My maitenance request are always answered very quickly. Bill and Hank are always ready to jump and take care of my needs. That is a great and rare thing to find these days.
I absolutely love my apartment. It is so cute. I have all the latest up to date appliances. It's great. I couldn't have planned on finding a better place to live. I hope I never have to leave.

i,ll agree with bill and hank they were great guy,s .they made us laugh when i and my family was down.andwould give the shirts off there backs.BUT!!!!the maneger kathy was never there , very rude,distrust worhty,and maid this place not a likeable place to live.
