Capitol Heights Apartments

Very nice place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   My significant other and I just moved into our apartment about a month ago and we really love living here. There is always plenty of extra parking, not a lot of noise and our neighbors are friendly. We looked at many other places before we found this place and we have been impressed from day one. Management has always been very friendly and helpful. I don't think the reviewer below me was stating the truth because when we had our walkthrough the management was very patient and helpful. We haven't had a single problem with out apartment so far and everything inside of it is well constructed and not cheap looking. Compared to other apartments in this area this place is a good value. They don't charge you extra money per month for pets or for parking, unlike other places such as Apple Park apartments. Plus, you are right down the street from South Sound Community College and five minutes away from a lot of stores and the mall.
