I moved here a little over a year ago, and am disgusted with my choice of apartments. I had "heard" the managment was a little lazy, lazy doesnt describe it. Of the 5 things that needed to be fixed during my walk-in 1 thing was done, they put a screen on the back door. The heater that has been hanging off since I moved in even tho "it was fixed". The washer doesnt have a warm water cycle (even tho it should) and has smelled of butt since I moved in. The dryer does not work efficiently, when it was taking well over an hour to dry towels I put in a work order. Ha.. Hank "fixed" it, and it still sucks. The painting job is half-ass at best, now that I think about it so was the initial cleaning job. THIS PLACE SUCKS! I also hate the punk kids who live here. They over-chorinize the pool, the "hot" tub is piss warm at best. I will say, since the police busted the ----- house in H building (seriously), parking has been better. THere are many days when we have to park in the un-rented reserved parking to get anywhere near our complex. YOu can hear your neighbors quite well, especially when they flush the toilet- it sounds like your roof is flooding, you can even hear them vacumn. They do keep their grounds done alright. My light is always messed up or burnt out it seems, which makes their already sketchy stairs sketchier. All in all, wouldn't be a horrible place, thats if they did a complete remodel (not done by hank) replaced every single appliance (the dishwasher is a joke, it has broke-down since its creation in 1989) and allowed you to beat the neighbor children. In that case I wouldnt desperatly be seeking a different home.
