I liked living here.

I liked this place and I moved out because I found a duplex to move into with my roommate. It is kind of a cool woodsy setting and there is some nice grass and the clubhouse was cool. One time the maintenance guys way overfertilized the lawn and it got about 18 inches high before they ever cut it.

I lived on the first floor and my power bill was outrageous. They have those cadet heaters that are not very efficient and the power bill was like $130 per month or more, where the guy above me on the second floor only had about a $45 dollar power bill. So basically if you can, and you don?t mind the stairs, try to get on the second floor.

The excercise room and hot tub were pretty cool and the office people were nice, but I barely ever talked to them. Overall, I thought this was a pretty nice place. I am sure the prices have gone up since I lived there.

It seems quite safe, but my roommate did have his pickup truck stereo stolen.
