This place seemed nice enough when we moved hear a year ago - close to shopping and parks (a must with a child!), but things have deteriorated QUICKLY! Construction has started for some new buildings and they start early in the morning and get done by noon. Maintainence sucks, too. Our bathroom fan broke and we put in a work order...nearly one year later and it still is not fixed. Same frustration with other orders.
The bonuses with this place are the clubhouse/pool (was very nice this summer) and covered parking (for one of your vehicles). Hmm...other than that, not much. Management has changed a lot and they can't seem to keep a maintainence crew around (the groundskeeper is doing it right now). This place prorated our rent when we moved in, but won't prorate it for our move-out - lucky us. And how do they thank a tenant for paying on time (or early) every month for a year' They up the rent as soon as the lease expires.
