I have lived at the College Point Apartments for about 4.5 years. I have seen the management change many times. The best manager was Kelly but she is long gone. Since then nothing getsd done, and when you ask for help you are treated like some kind of beggar. If you want to move from one apartment to another smaller/larger one, you will be told that you cannot do it. I find the management to be dishonest, unfair, uncaring and untrained. What kind of business treats it's customers like crap' Don't go there -- the grounds look bad, the apartments are mondy and no one seem to care. The lights are oof on the grounds but they can't seem to figure out why. I think it is another stupid attempt at saving money.

What about the parking? How do the grounds look? Isn't noise a common problem? How was safety an issue for you? Isn't mold a common problem in a woodsy area like Olympia?
