I've been living in CP since April I have not had any issues at all. It is true that they do cut the tress and don't clean up the tenants porch but the porchs are maybe 6 ft wide and it takes less than 5 minutes to do. Management office are OK never really had any issues with them but that maybe that will change when since I am relocating for job purposes to DC.
