I was very excited to find a place that sounded so good - but what it turned out to be was not what was portrayed. On the day I moved in, the window in the master bedroom started to leak when it began to rain. After several verbal conversations and several written requests to have this problem fixed, here I am a year later, still replacing towels every time it rains. Trying to get maintenance to come out and fix ANYTHING is a pain. On one occassion that a maintenance gentlemen did come, it was while I was at work. Upon arriving home, I found he had left my front door unlocked. The only other time I have seen a maintenance person, they came to fix the toilet. He used our towels that were hanging up in the bathroom to clean up the dirty toilet water and left them in the bath tub, pieces of toilet paper and all. I was recently transferred 50 miles away due to my job. Trying to get a hold of the "management" has been a nightmare. They don't return calls, and the one time I did get a hold of someone, she told me she couldn't help me. I am really disappointed in this place...you couldn't pay me to renew my lease with them.
