The apartments are nice but the class of people that live here make it a slum. Loud mouth white/ghetto trash with 5 kids they let run lose then yell for them when it gets dark. I've lived here a year now and can't believe how the manager lets them get away with the stuff they do. Dragging couches and BBQ on to the side walk, junk and trash under the stairs. Drug deals and gang members walking around all night it's gotten so bad they hired security, hasn't helped tho.

I think the person who wrote that review was ignorant. I think its the best apartments I have ever lived in. Police rate it at the top of the list for olympia and it is quiet after hours and if it is not then they are supposed call the poice. I have been here for 1 year and just renewed my lease for another year. I have called on my neighbors for parties and it worked. You are what you associate with. You want a clean community you need to do your share to help monitor the place. Manager will work with anyone that has problems as long as you "listen" to what she says. She is the best manager that i have ever had.

Only now that they are being inspected by the state are they making people clean the junk from under the stairs. And if the police rate it so high then why were there 4 drug busts last month? And they STILL have not fixed the out door lighting which has been brought to the managers attention by many people.

My family and I have lived here for almost 2 years now, and anytime I ever had a problem (previous management or current management) I addressed the issue or issues and they were taken care of in a timely manner. I have had issues with neighbors but with a diplomatic manner I spoke with them and problems were resolved. I get out and walk through the complex on many occasions several times in a week and I never have any real issues. As for the children complaint. I must say that rude children are a product of their enviornment, it does not bode well for their parents. I have witnessed many parents of (to young to be outside alone)younger children not know where their children were as they were outside playing alone. That is what child services is for. If you can take the time to comment or complain about the neighbor and their children then you can call and complain to child services without telling them your name. that is a much easier way to fix the problem . True there were punks who thought they were above the law, but being a drug dealer is not an assignment of class. WE do not live in a ghetto. we live in a nice neighborhood. There will be people in every complex who don't have a life there fore will do nothing but complain..... so either do something about it or stop bitching.......
