Lived here for 3 years. Not a bad sized apartment and at the time the rent was reasonable. We moved just after they raised the rent. Every summer we could get terrible infestations of ladybugs. They would come in through the back window weep holes and get in the light fixtures. There would be hundreds of them. The bathroom had a terrible mildew problem and I could always hear my upstairs neighbor's toilet flushing.
