Although located in a convenient area, this is the worst place I have ever lived. The rent is ridiculously over priced- I'm paying $580 to live in a 700 square foot box with awful people both above and below me. I have complained numerous times about my excessivly loud neighbors to management, only to be told to work it out with them (and of course they will not compromise). People play loud music around the clock, walk around in groups laughing and yelling at night, and drink and consume illegal substances right outside where others can see. The management has been completely useless. The walls are very thin, you can even hear the people above you using the bathroom. If these were the circumstances in a low cost living area, it would be more understandable, but to have to spend everything I make just to be miserable in my own apartment is just wrong.
