Promises, promises...That's all we ever had when we lived here, and we never got actual results. We had a TERRIBLE downstairs neighbor. This person was very threatening--he actually came up and yelled at us once. When we told the management about his behavior, they said they would talk to him, though I'm 99% sure they didn't. On top of the evil neighbor, our car window was smashed and we had to listen to very loud car stereos at all hours. The walls were very thin...it didn't matter how quiet the neighbors are, you can always hear them. We were told that our nasty peeling deck would be painted when we moved in...after a year there was no change. My advice would be to skip this overpriced, cheaply built apartment community.
