Don't be fooled. Crowne Pointe is a nightmare, a dump, and a dive! If you value your finances (they raise rents constantly!), your automobile (high rate of vandalism), your health (lots of drama & crazy-making), and your sanity (need I say more'), DO NOT RENT FROM THESE INCOMPETENT MORONS! Crime and vandalism is of EPIC PROPORTIONS in this complex. It is a highly stressful place to live. and once you're in you'll get no cooperation from management. The walls are so thin, your neighbors can hear you poop! The unsupervised toddlers will come to your door with bowls, hungry. CPS should have a branch office here! Fire trucks (for the fires!) come through daily, along with the police. Don't let the exterior fool ya; the interiors are old and dirty, and they just leave the carpets in until they disintegrate. This "low income" complex is anything BUT. Management drives away at 6 p.m. and you're left to deal with it all after that; but even when they're here, they don't treat anyone with respect or resolve anything. Kiss your security deposit good-bye also, if you can ever get out of that rat trap! Nobody gets their deposit back. Rent ANYWHERE but here!!!!! It is a TRAP, pure and simple. Run!
