I've been here just over a year. I don't understand the comments about problems getting things fixed but maybe I've just had better experiences. The dishwasher was old and didn't work and when I mentioned it there was a new one installed within a few days.

Parking can be a pain because you only get one asigned spot and any guests have to park down on the street and walk up. I called to gripe about a neighbor's guest taking my parking spot (again) and when I paged the manager he and his wife were suddenly at my door concerned asking if I was ok (I wasn't inside when they'd called back from the page so they were worried when I didn't answer).

The grounds seem well kept. The whole place has just been pressure-washed and repainted. I rarely hear my neighbors (people have been pretty friendly and I don't think we'd feel uncomfortable asking anyone to turn down the noise if it was ever a problem). A bigger lanudry room with more machines would be nice, but over all, it's better than a lot of other rentals.
