going downhill fast

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
This complex was a great place to live. It was kept up very well. The grounds were well kept, and the manager Paul was on top of things. Recently, we have had a new manager. There is so much garbage laying around. Behind the managers office, there are groups of young people smoking after 1:00am in the morning, even on the week nights. Young men in the middle of the day walking around drinking beer. I dread what the summer will be like around here. I don't know, but it isn't the same place anymore. It has really gone downhill. Very sad. If you are a young student with a lot of roomates, loud, and partying. You will fit in it here. If not
