No parking but you can park on the street for free if you register with the city. Can be noisy because it's on Capitol Way (a main street) and can be really crowded around Lakefair (don't move your car for that weekend!). Inside it's quiet, safe and secure. And all apartments have their own bathroom! I found my neighbors to be pleasant and easy to resolve any issue with (I was working some weird shifts for awhile so I had to sleep in the daytime). Management is available and straight with you. I don't know about construction but I guess it's okay.
