In my opinion this is the worst place to live in Olympia. The Apartments are small and very expensive. I could hear EVERYTHING my neighbors said and did. I had a leak and the they didn't fix it for several months. they also had three different landlords in a month. The only positive thing was that they were fair in returning the deposit. However, they returned it an entire month past what is stipulated in the lease and in the landlord tenant act. Oh and that building has a MAJOR flea problem. Everyone I knew with pets had a problem.

I am the new manager at The Elks and I am sorry to hear anyone has had a bad experience living in our apartments. I can not speak for past management but what I can say is that we are under new management and I am commited to being the best manager I can and always take care of my residents. I have a great relationship with the current residents and have managed this community since July 08. I apologize for anyone who has had a bad experience at The Elks and I promise to do whatever I can to avoid this happening in the future.

So, It was your responsibility that I received my deposit a month late. The noise problem isn't anything that is fixable.
