My last year at Evergreen I lived with a roommate in the Elk's. Besides the roommate everything was fine! I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews on this place. I lived on the top floor & had a view of the capital building & lake. It was great. The only downside was during the summers it got really hot in the apartment & there wasn't AC. But honestly that just made me get out & be more active, which added to my overall Olympia experience. I would totally recommend this place for any college kids.
