I lived in these apartments for a year. If you're into car theft this is the place for you. I had my car tampered with twice. The first time my stereo and cd's were stolen by professionals who caused little damaged upon breaking in. The other incident was on Thanksgiving Day. Some drunken bufoon around 2 o'clock in the morning decides to use a fire extinguisher like a baseball bat and break some windows. Security was boosted slightly after this. As far as neighbor problems go, you can hear the upstairs tenants flush toilets and take showers. The apartments come furnished with fireplaces yet I suspect these are strictly for looks. Smoke came billowing out of the fireplace into the apartment although the flu was open. Maintenance was satisfactory. Rick the maintenance man will fix anything that is wrong usually within 24 hours. Lights burn out if you flip the switch fast enough. The price is decent although it goes up every year. God must be angry at these apartments seeing that every time it rains after a dry spell, the place will become plagued with frogs ranging in size from 2 to 6 inches.

Woah! I used to live at Ensign, and would have LOVED to see a six inch frog. I've never seen one that big in this area. In fact, the two inchers even seem pretty hefty by local standards.

Ok well I lived there at had scrap frogs off my door to get in.
