My six-month lease is up and I'm renewing for a year. It's fairly quiet here and the apartments are set back by the trees and by a walking trail. I feel like I live out in the country but half a mile away is the city and everything I could need. Maintenance isn't always quick, but I haven't had any major problems. The manager (Cheryl'), who everyone complains about has never been anything but nice and helpful also.
