Managers are lazy, do not like their job, and it shows. Managers change often - 3 sets in 3 years. They can be argumentative on regular maintance issues, even threatening women & old ladies. Managers complain about tennants constantly - they don?t get it, that?s why they have a job.


The complex is owned by an investement company who only care about profits, management seems content with this. It is difficult to get deposit back from them. Make sure to join the Tenants Union of Thurston County - they are very nice.


The grounds are unkept, landscaping is either overgrown or hacked beyond recognition. No amentities other than laundry facility.


Wouldn?t recommend to anyone.
