I lived here for two years and found it quite adequate for the low price. I felt safe and never had any real trouble (except for someone stealing saddlebags off a motorcycle). Management was pleasant and fairly responsive, but maintenance was done as cheaply as possible. When my refrigerator died, they replaced it with an old one that required heavy cleaning with bleach (which left a permanent bleach smell in the fridge and spots on the carpet). Also, the management refused to provide recycling bins. Still, for someone looking to save money and live in a safe, pleasant environment, this is a decent place.
