Amenities are sparse, and most fitness equip. is broken down. Parking is typically a problem as there is only one space per apartment. Management is fairly accomodating and easy to work with. Noise from neighbors is sometimes a problem. Lots of children unsupervised... most likely neglected-run amuck late at night.
