We've lived here only a short time.
The neighbors are loud, cars drive through too fast, there's no parking, lighting is poor at best. Car alarms go off every night, and our car has been broken into once. my best friend just moved and her car was broken into 3 x's in a year and a half. There are Bugs that come into the apartment that are like nothing you've ever seen before. HUGE spiders. Managment team is the most pethetic bunch of people I have ever seen ! They will not listen to your requests or concerns. I've asked them to put a covered bus stop down the end of the road where they pick up all the children and they told me "we do not have the funding for that kind of stuff" so my children have to stand out in the pooring rain '!'!' Every other apartment complex has a covered area for children to stand. I cant tell you enough to NOT move into this place! You will regret it !

First of all, you DO live in low-income housing. They probably don't have the money for a covered bus stop. The neighboring complex doesn't have one, and as far as I know none of the other complexes on the street have one near the road. Also, you live in western Washington. Your kids NEED to get used to the rain! None of my cars have EVER been broken into (I own a Honda Civic-the #1 broken into car in the U.S.). Did your friend forget to lock her doors? I've never seen any huge spiders or bugs other than what is normally found in any clean home. Do you clean your apartment at all? Lighting is GREAT, and I've heard only one car alarm go off in two years. I do agree though that there is NO parking, and it is a royal pain in the A** to find a place to put your car that's within a mile and a half!(exaggerated)I do not agree with anything else you have to say about Fern Ridge.
