this is a slum nothing works right even when you ask for things to be fixed they never are there are drug deals going on all tihe time it is scary to live here it is loud wit other peoile yelling at each other all day and nite i am scared the little lockes on the door wonnt keep any one out that will try to brake in the office lady does not realy care about us she lies to youre face this place is not worth it do not move here ever

The drug deals are actually next door at Evergreen Vista, not Fern Ridge. The yelling is in your head. The deadbolts are of normal size and work fine. Everything works fine and things get fixed extremely quickly. I've never been lied to. I love it here, and I've been here for almost 3 years now. I'll be signing another year lease when this one is up.
