This is the CLEANEST place I've lived in this town (and I've lived in a lot of them), The office staff is the NICEST, FRIENDLIEST, I've met, I can't beleive how quick they jump up to FIX THINGS IMMEDIATELY, and I've only experienced one loud neighbor who I assume was evicted.

One must assume this shashakittie is a paid employee of the crappy management company since if you look at all the negative reviews, she likes to put her opinion in as to why Fern Ridge is a great place to live. Does she think we can't see through her rainbow colored "this place is so great!" spiel and realize she has an motive? Money? Or is this the pathetic excuse for a manager trying to trick more people into moving here?

I agree. I lived there while I attended Evergreen and was sorely disappointed with my choice. As a single dad I couldn't rapidly move out so easily and had to endure more than a year there. My car was vandalized twice. There were FOUR hit and runs. Apartments were broken into almost every month. It was so bad that the cops didn't even want to come take a report when I called them. I witnessed two major arrests that made it to the news without leaving my front doorstep, a car theft, and a burglar, all within five months. Yeah, this is a great place to live, if you want to buy meth and smoke crack.
