i think the lousy manager is writing these good reviews. most people agree this place sucks. i wish that i had never seen this place. the old manager made it seem like it was so great, that they cared about the people that rent here. but once they get you moved in all that caring stops. even trying to get them to return a phone call is hard. do yourself a big favor and look some where else.

Sorry to inform you but the manager is not writing these messages. So if you were having a problem you should have come to talk with the manager so your problem could have been solved. As for returning phone calls they are always returned.

You must have been a really lousy tenant to have that sort of opinion about Fern Ridge. Did you ever pay rent? Maybe that's why you had a bad time! I LOVE IT HERE, AND I LOVE THE STAFF!

This is so obviously a ploy on behalf of the mangement to trick people into moving into these crappy apartments. I feel sorry for poor people that don't have much of a choice. The manager is a BEYOTCH.
