The apartment was fairly clean, but constructed with the cheapest of materials. The walls ceilings and floors are paper thin, so walking upstairs is heard if your dwelling is dead quiet. Rent increased by 10% within the 1.5 years that my wife and I have been living their. There always seems to be some sort of annual inspection or other issue where it is needed to come into the apartment. This gets fairly annoying. I would not recommend these dwellings for children as they cannot run around the apartment without it sounding like thunder to the downstairs neighbors. Single occupancy on the third floor is better suited. Adequate parking is available and the maintenance staff is friendly and courteous. Recycling bins are freely available and the apartment surroundings are clean.
