I recently moved from this place and omg it sucks! The management are just two rude stuck up women who are never there and when you do need something done you had better submit it in writing and go the legal route, otherwise it could take weeks or even months to get fixed. I wish I was kidding but I am not. I watched it go from low income housing to low class housing yes it is affordable well somewhat if you pay your full rent I am not sure how many of us there were that actually did pay the full amount for rent. The children of the area where just retarded they all stand in the middle of road and never move for cars hit your cars with rocks, beg off you constantly I guess that is what low income housing is all about but if you like noise, drug dealers, retarded children, bitchy management, doing your own maintenance, filthy common grounds and no parking this is the place for you!

I have also been here 3 years, it has been my experience that this apartment complex has a serious drug problem. At least in our building we have had several drug dealer's and many users living in our building. We report it all the time and basically the buck gets passed on to somebody else and nothing is done about it. What about the kids ramming into your car with there bikes, both of my cars are damaged from this. Both of my kids bikes were stolen. There are old junk cars that have never run taking up the parking spaces, big pit bulls and other similar dogs running freely. There are apartment inspections every few months for one reason or another. To me this is an invasion of my privacy having all of these people I never met before walking around inside of my apartment every few months because it is a low rent complex. They do not do this anywhere else I rented before and to me it is an imposition. Anyway I could go on and on about the problems with this place but I will end this comment by saying this is not a good place to live. As a matter of fact the neighbors are unfriendly, the management stole money from me my car is damaged, The outside lighting is bad and I feel unsafe here. It is the worse community I have ever lived in!
