Well, I have lived here 3 years & I am happy here at Fern Ridge.. Its nice to know that the managers walk the property to keep us & our cars safe. Thank you to the managers for taking care of us! It is too bad that our kids have to share the reputation of the Evergreen Vista kids. Sure I can hear my neighbors, but this is an apartment,it really sounds to me like you need to live in a house. I know that their are some wierdo's but they are everywhere. I don't have a car myself, but I do read the notices & rules that I get from the office & so as long as you & your guests follow the rules, you won't get towed. I have & would recomend these apartments to anyone looking to move.

Other then the drug dealers that you can't do anything about, the pit bulls running around unattended, and the managers that steal your money, the kids ramming into your cars with there bikes, the unsupervised screaming cussing foul mouth kids, and loud music, and getting your credit ruined when you move out due to being falsely accused of damages to the apartment you did not do. Now as long as you consider the above as acceptable and normal because it is and apartment complex than I guess the place is alright but if the above things are not acceptable than I would not move here.
