I was a tenant back in 2002. Manager was just as bad as the owner. Mold issues in most complexes. I moved to Spokane before the city started helping tenents move. Glad to hear they were shut down. Wonder why this slum lord was able to buck the system for so long. I hear from family that the apts have been redone and are really nice now. Cooper Point is a really good location. Close to Capital Mall and shopping right around the corner.
