I moved in just as Skip had taken over as manager, He is polite and personable. Though he is only in the office mainly 3 days a week he seems to keep a handle on things. My only Gripe with him is getting my pakages, as he normally takes his lunch breaks from 12:oo PM to 2 0r 2:30 pm The mailman cant leave pakages so tenants like me have to hope for better timming. He also should have a better leasing agent..she's very nice but really seems to be lost. As far as the grounds and the property, I love it. Skip has made a point to have Parents be responible by allowing kids out playing only under parental supervision. Last but by far the least, Mario the new maintenance man far outshines Bruce. I have spoken with others here and they all agree hes profesional and polite and best of all when we need help we dont have to wait or call 2 or 3 times....he gets the job done. I feel lucky to live here and so should anyone else.
