I do not understand why these things are not addressed!:
The managment is hardly ever in the office.It has proven hard to reach anyone if you have any questions,also,I realy do not get the fact that the tenants here are told not to put trash out if the few to many dumpsters are full'''''''WHAT!Do these people know that can cause a rodent infestation in the apt.!!!There is an empty dumpster cage in the parking lot,just order a nother dumpster.
The grounds "look" ok but are far from it.The gutters are full and are going to fall off because lack of maint.Fence slats are laying on the ground,so on,and so on.The only reason the grounds look ok is because an outside landscape group come in and does it.
The parking is horable,nothing is enforced ,as fare as rules.Hell,the the maint guy parks his boats and RVs in his covered parking and then takes one ore two free spaces with his cars.his children are in the maint. garages unsupervised.I have also seen his kids using apt.equipment and golf cart.
There are also tenants with up most of 5 vehicles parked here at one time,Also the handycap spaces are being parked in by tennant that do not have a permit or a dissability.The managment is aware of all these issues but just ignores them.I for one do not like having to walk 100 plus yards to get home after a hard day at work because somone wants to have all or most of there vehicles and RVs at the apt.that is what storage units are for.
Other than than that,this place is ok
