I have been a resident for a short time at The Huntington Apartments but long enough to know I enjoy making my home here... I like my floorplan, neighbors are freindly, grounds are maintained best to staff's ability & I rarely hear noise outside unless it's friendly games played by children... thank God our children have a safe environment to play & be creative outdoors! As a response to previous complaints made by other residents; this is an apartment community, not a gated condominium with association restrictions... which is why we chose this community; because of all the amenities like the pool, workout facility room, indoor hottub & covered patios for family gatherings that are all meant to be enjoyed! The play ground if wonderful too with a huge feild! If parking is a concern you can pay for covered or get a home with a garage... I have not found trash on the grounds but If I did I wouldn't mind picking it up & disposing of it properly... after all who probably put that trash on the ground' your neighbor or a child right' that's not the maintainence man's fault some people are inconsiderate... I have also been able to throw all of my trash away in the nearest dumpster to my apartment, never had to walk far... recycling is a plus too! I would enjoy an extra dumpster in the empty caged area but in these difficult economic times I'd rather have funds go towards keeping the pool open for instance than an extra dumpster! I'm thankful to have a home with respectful, crime-free neighbors who enjoy hearing children play outdoors or sharing a meal with family! What more do you want from an apartment community' It is what it is, an apartment... although to most it may not be just an apartment; it's your home & it will be what YOU make it to be... :)
