I guess the new manager of about 2 months just doesn't care or doesn't want to put out the effort to take care of what used to be a lovely and wonderful complex that was well taken care of in all ways. The new manager lacks customer service skills and doesn't show warmth - she truly acts as if she doesn't want to be bothered to even show basic courtesy. The office and rec room are not being taken care of now either and are dirty. I've lived here a long time and stayed because I felt appreciated, safe and secure. I no longer feel that way and am in the process of looking to move. I hope that the owner (new owner too maybe') is aware of how disappointing the new manager is and what a let down she is to us. She is rarely in the office but when she is, she acts like she'd rather not be! I wanted to give her a chance to get used to Landis Pointe and the people who live here but she obviously just doesn't care. I'll go someplace better and it's a shame what's happening here now.

It's a shame that this review and the other one for June are true. The place is being neglected since the old managers left. I knew that the new manager and maintenance man couldn't fill the shoes left by the previous crew but it would be nice if they even made an effort. They don't care and don't want to be bothered not to mention that the new manager is gone more than here.

No ones keeping track....just pay attention!!!! NO ONE IS HARDLY EVER IN THE OFFICE...and by the way, I wasn't one of the old managers "pets" either, it's just the facts of life and the way things are changing. They are not good changes either!

You forgot to mention how filthy the the pool and the hot tub are. Casie & Jere kept it clean....The entire property was clean... This place is becoming a dump like on Ruddell Road, which is very sad considering the price of the rent.
