Think twice about renting here.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Most tenants are recent graduates from high school who have no respect for remaining quiet throughout the night. The most I've ever called the police. Saw drug deals and aroma of pot walking on the paths. "There's nothing I can do" was the manager's reason for many inquiries. Poor insulated. Needed to clean when I moved in.
