We have lived at Olympia Crest for almost 6 months. Everything seemed ok at first- the management was fairly nice, although they tried to get us to sign our lease before they would show us the apartment. However, since we moved in, we have had nothing but problems. We have a serious mold problem in our bedroom. It keeps coming back in the same place, getting worse every time, and the management refuses to clean it. Unfortunately, the Health Department can't do anything about it either. The mold is making us sick, and they don't seem to care.
Not only will they not investigate, they WON'T EVEN CLEAN!!!!

There are also problems with other things- the mirror is extremely rusty, the windows leak air and water, the bathtub is sinking and has a weird brown stain that won't come out, and the apartment is extremely out-dated. Also, when we moved in, the paint was still tacky, so whenever we lift something off of a shelf, there is paint on it!!!

In conclusion, this is a HORRIBLE place to live!!! If you move in here you will be very very sorry!!!
