My boyfriend and I moved in here last December, and we're so eager to get out of here we're leaving a month before our lease ends, so we still have to pay a months rent even though we won't be here. We moved in here because the apartment we were going to move into screwed us over and we were desperate to find a cheap place on short notice. The apartment is poorly laid out, the living room/dining room is just one big rectangle so it's impossible to have a decient set up. If you have a roomate, good luck with the bedrooms. One is huge, the other is a hole in the wall. The bottom of the tub is uneven so the water doesn't drain, we have a nasty mold growing in around the windows, which also don't lock. We had to shove a rod of wood in to keep them from being able to open from the outside. The paint was still tacky in the cupboards when we moved in so our dishes stuck to them. Toilet often overflows and the sinks drip. We've had these fixed numerous times. Our living room wall is shared with our neighbors bedroom wall so we can't have our tv at a decient volume or they complain of noise. Our patio isn't flat so whenever it rains 3/4 of our patio is covered in muck and leaves. The rent is cheap, but it's cheap for a reason. The place isn't horrible....but it's not very good either.
