It Is not a good place

I applied here, and the lady told me they had a unit open that I could get into.

I called back a couple days later to check the status of my application, and she said that they had rented the place already, and had no more units open.

I asked for my money back as I had applied under the assumption that they had units to rent. She said it was first come first serve and I could not get my money back.

If they do this when it comes to an application I can only imagine the type of place it is to live.

P.S. At no time did she ever tell me that I was applying alongside someone else for the place.
