That is the right phone number and I will even throw in the address for Western Heritage. It is 20285 NW Amberwood Dr., Hillsboro, Oregon 97124. A written letter should accompany every complaint so that paper trail piles up and the owners will have something to work with. Maybe if they get enouugh letters, they might look at who manages the apartments and find out why tenants are so unhappy.
