I moved in when the complex first opened. When I was interested in renting the management was real friendly and helpful. That all changed as soon as I started renting. They're lazy, disorganized, and usually unresponsive! I have to agree with another reviewer - the review titled "I love it here" has to be written by management!
My neighbors also ware on my nerves. With it's proximity to Evergreen there's constant parties, loud music, and garbage around the place.
The actual apartment is great and was the main selling point for renting. It's the only reason I stay!
The surrounding area is real pretty as well.
