Management is so awful, only people who enjoy constant noise, rude neighbors, and lazy, negligent landlords are left.
An example: my upstairs neighbors (who were home) knowingly let their toilet flood 12 gallons of toilet water into their apartment & thru my ceiling. I had to call management and they did absolutely nothing to help clean and only offered $50 for my inconvenience!
These same neighbors have loud parties and use the side of their deck for garbage purposes. Yet, mngmt said they will not evict them! These are the neighbors you will have if you move here!
It's a shame b/c other than no sound-proofing, the apartments were nice.
