Family or student this is not a place that deserves worthy business. Customer service is horrible, management are racists. They will throw you out on your ass for no reason because they can! It says in the law. Ive lived there for well about 2 years never any major problems until I tried to have a party. Management flipped out. They were so unprofessional and took the situation way out of hand. The only reason Ive lived there is out of pure convenience. I pay extra on electricity because the apartment is drafty and not well insulated. They don't provide enough parking for residents or guests for that matter, they will tow your car in a heartbeat! Noise is usually not a matter but they don't understand people need to live...its not a library. For the most part just do not bother with this complex or The Glen, I tried googling the management company Heritage and couldn't find contact info. They are horrible.

I must disagree with the comment from ???anonymous???. I have lived in this apartment complex for the past 3 years and have found the management/staff to be very professional and friendly.
The staff works very hard to maintain a nice and stable living environment for all families and college students.
Clearly the ???anonymous??? person???s views are not those of the other residents. A ???party??? in an apartment complex needs to be kept small and quite. The quests in your apartment are your responsibility. It is your job to keep the noise down.
Since I have lived here, the one time I have seen Sheriffs at our complex was a result of ???the party??? ???. I do agree that this is not a library, people have to live, but so do others.
Parking? Please! Have you ever seen other apartment complex parking areas? They don???t exist! Sounds like measly excuses to complain. Parking is for residents who pay to live at their complex.
As far as I???m concerned, the management is doing their job for their residents.
Further more, when living in an apartment complex we must respect our fellow neighbors. Thank you, Jenny. ???

Jenny- Disagree all you want. This is one opinion and experience of many. You are one resident and have your opinion. I also have heard of others like mine dealing with the management here. They are rude. Besides that, its funny people here can't afford to move into houses or nice apartments or something. No, lets go look for nice quiet family housing near a college campus. Some reasoning. Its funny people claim they're in a community but can't even look at or communicate with their neighbors face to face. Ridiculous. "Respectfully yours"

The word here to remember is Respect. Managment are still people. Yes, they get frustrated when they get complaints, but all in all I have found them to be civil and fair. Give Respect, and you'll get it back, trust me.

As a Greener I have no problems with looking people in the face around here and saying hello. Though, loud partiers screaming outside tend to frustrate me at the midnight hour. Maybe because I was fast asleep in a good dream thinking of my own property where birds sing and trees are all around. ;)

I wish I could agree with the original poster, as I understand how it is to feel to let loose, crank up the music, and let out some energy from time to time. But the fact is that there are people here who work 9 to 5 and need some peace and quiet after a long days work. Hey, this is your chance to support the working class workers! Viva la revolution!

Ok, to address and correct some of the stuff above. Managment has been nice enough to allow individuals who have problems with their neighbors to move around, instead of kicking them out in the 1st place if they can. If you end up having to move quite a bit around the complex at some point they probably will ask you to find another place to live... There is designated guest parking, right on the street or in free guest spaces. If you park in resident spaces without a sticker, they'll tow you. You are normally allowed 2 stickers per resident. Don't see the problem there.

I agree that it's near a college and that students live here, but what exactly does that mean? There are many students, acutally, the Majority, that need and want a safe and comfortable place to live where they can study and make friends. I don't know how many times at night when I used to try and concentrate on my work that I would end up having to go to the CAB building to try and study. If you look at craigslist the overwhelming majority of students looking for housing are wanting a place that is clean, mature and Quiet. Remember the squeaky wheel get the grease! Wish everyone the best! ~Scott
